Osmosis Treatment
Douglas Boatyard is an International Paints approved osmosis treatment centre and our osmosis treatment carries a 3 year warranty.

Boat Moorings
Douglas Boatyard provides pontoon and jetty moorings for leisure vessels of all types, although there is a limited number of pontoon moorings for deep keel yachts.
Boat Repairs and Maintenance
A full boat repair and maintenance service is provided including engine and stern gear installation and repairs to all boats in grp and timber.
Engine Installation
Douglas Marine Limited are able to install and service inboard diesel and petrol engines and are main dealers for Beta Marine, Yanmar, Shire and Mercruiser.
Boat stern gear can also be fully serviced or replaced, as required.
Boat Refits
Douglas Boatyard has a team of highly-skilled shipwrights capable of fitting-out boat interiors to a very high standard.

Boat Painting
Douglas Boatyard is an International Paints approved boat painting centre and all services are provided including signwriting.
Boat Storage Ashore
Hardstanding storage ashore is provide for boats up to about 17 tonnes in weight.
Power and water supplies are provided throughout the hardstanding areas.
Under-cover storage and security compound storage facilities are also provided, please call to check availability.
Slipway Services
The slipway at Douglas Boatyard is capable of handling vessels up to about 30 tonnes.
We regret that we do not have a slipway suitable for boats on car-towed trailers.
Chandlery
Douglas Boatyard offers a modern and well-stocked chandlery.
Boat Building
Douglas Boatyard is the home of Predator Boats, the builders of the best-selling Predator 165 Sea Angler and the Predator Super V sports boat.
Outboard Motors
Our outboard engineer has over 35 years of specialist experience of servicing and repairing of all makes of outboard motors and Mercruiser inboards. We also have OEM dealerships with most makes of outboard motors and are able to offer very competitive prices on the supply, fit and PDI of new outboards.
