Masts: It is the owner's responsibility to check that the rigging screws are not seized and that the rigging is complete and fit for purpose. If the mast cannot be stepped because of inadequate rigging, all abortive work will be charged at the full daywork rate. The rates quoted for stepping and unstepping masts do not include for tuning the rigging, for electrical work, or for fitting or removing sails, etc. Any work that is additional to the stepping or unstepping of the mast will be charged at the full daywork rate.
